Looking for a really good fudge recipe

I want to make the kind of fudge that you get at one of those specialty shops. Anybody have a really good recipe? Is this even doable at home?

I'm looking for just a plain ol chocolate recipe, not peanut butter or anything like that. Just the best chocolate fudge recipe ever made.

Fudge is easily doable at home. Just get yourself a good candy thermometer so you can nail the temperatures, that's really important with chocolate and sugar. A little off makes a big difference.

take your morals and your self respect, and throw them out.

now combine as much butter and pure cocoa powder as you can stomach to see. slowly add sugar until you can taste it.
mix with as little flour as you can,add a boatload of egg yolk. bake.
