Do any of you have a reccomendation for a fun Adventure Game? I'm looking for something that has a compelling story with nice graphics and sound and interesting puzzles. I don't want anything like unreal 2k4 as i have that and i enjoy that but in its own way. Right now i am replaying The Longest Journey which is pretty interesting but the graphics are really dated, i'd like something that will exercise my new computer.

So any cool new games out there like this?

Danke!

Definately Beyond Good and Evil. Get it now, because for whatever reason they've decided to stop making it.

Oh alright, hmm... Broken Sword 3 is a good game, but the PC interface is aweful...

I play a lot of adventure games but most of what I have is older.

The newest (and it's not new) that I can think of with good graphics and story would be "Gabriel Knight III : Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the damned". If you really do like good stories the Gabriel Knight series is great.

Syberia is highly rated though I haven't played it yet. Syberia 2 is out now too as mentioned above.

I could recommend many games but like I said most are older.

I've played the original Syberia and it was great; doesn't really have replayability though. The graphics and mood of the game were awesome. If Syberia 2 is anything like the original, it should be a great game. I've also played Uru and was bored with it in about an hour. I've uninstalled it and it probably won't get played again.

Edit: KotOR is a really great game but probably too much fighting and not enough puzzling for you.

Syberia 2 didn't get nearly as good of ratings as the first one........

Jack, if you don't want Uru send it to me, I only got to play the demo although a friend of mine has the full version and likes it alot. Also there is a free expansion pack available for the game.
