Looking for a rap song

Well actually it's more of a beat. I don't listen to rap much but I really like this beat so if you can help out thanks. I heard it in Training Day but it's not on the soundtrack, it's a sort of piano beat, I'd say. That's about as well as I can describe it.

It was called B.I.B.L.E. - on the Liquid Swords album by Genius/Gza.

It's a pretty amazing song - I'd recommend it.
