The quote was something about teachers being treated like rock stars in a parallel universe. It may have originated in a Futurama episode.

Punching that into google got me an AnandTech result of:

"Somewhere, in a parallel universe near you, people read books, scientists are treated like rock stars, and beer is not sold in 30 can value packs." which is in CycloWizard's signature.
 
I tried AnandTech's search and all that resulted was energy drink threads. I should have known it would show up on Google if it appeared more than once here. Thank you. 🙂

Dayum, I always assumed I'd heard a variant of that fine quote somewhere before, but if not, then Cyclo deserves a nice, fresh cheesepiecakething. :thumbsup:
