looking for a quiet block for me chaintech vnf4-ultra

i got a chaintech vnf4 ultra mobo with amd64 3000. i got the stock for now but i am looking to upgrade. i was thinking of either a thermalright xp-90 with a 120 mm adapter for a quiter fan, or a zalman 7700-cu, or 7700 alcu. what do you think. i am looking for quiet but good proformance. 120 mm fans are great.
 
i was thinking of a fan adapter on the xp90 for a 120 fan because the xp 120 won't fit. should i really not think of using a fan adapter?
