So i got myself a n64 and a SNES emu. Now i'm looking for a psx. I haven't had any serious luck googling or just searching for a torrent of it. Kinda leads me to believe either there isn't on out there or there isn't a stable version out there.

anyone have a psx emu?

Yes, epsxe is the best, but a little difficult to set up the first time. You have to manually install the graphics plugin, of which there are several depending on your vid card which you can find here:
http://www.pbernert.com/html/gpu.htm
Also you need the psx bios called SCPH1001.BIN
google that, I shouldn't tell you exactly where it is b/c it's illegal to download if you don't have a psx

i have a psx modded and a ps2 modded.

nothing too illegal about it. plus at one point i did own the games that i'm looking for in particular just. they all scuffed up.

for epsxe can i download roms as well. or is it that type to just play the psx disc in the cd-rom. cause i read about a emulator that does that as well.

Technically you can download roms, because EPSXE can play images ripped from CDs, stored on your hard drive.

But you'll receive no help from me in finding them!

As it's been mentioned, it can play roms (FYI, cd-rom disc data are rarely referred to as roms, rather "disc images". I don't care but some people will try to make you feel stupid for saying "roms"). An easy way to do it is to rip your disc to bin\cue with cdrwin or perhaps some other software. And I wouldn't bother downloading, just rent the game and rip it (don't know if they still rent psx games) or buy the freakin cd for like $5~$10
