Are there any programs that i can use at work to see one of my employees computers from their point of view in real time without them knowing...

there really is no way... what if they are computer stupid??? Is this kind of activity illegal? Sorry for my ignorance...

VNC lets you intstall the server version as a windows service, disable tray icon, and does not have to block the screen or logoff the user. It also has a view only function that doesnt send your input to the server computer if you dont want it to.

I seriously have no mal-intentions... We have just had some problems in the office in which computers have been very counterproductive. I dont want to have to limit their access or take them away, i just need to know that they are working on what they are supposed to. I would use enough discretion not to lay eyes on personal stuff...
