Looking for a popular song from the 90s (dance, pop, alternative)

It drives me nuts.

The music video/song featured a line where they sang "how does it feeeellll ..."
The song is sort of alternative rock, house, dance.
It was from a very (?) popular band.
It was played on MTV/Viva in Europe often in the 90s, i'd say mid/late 90s.
The music video featured a girl which moved "erratically" inside a house. When the girl moved, the video showed trippy "trails" behind her.
The song had a very odd, "driving" beat to it.

Good luck... I've tried to find a song from the 90s, even listened to hours of "best of 90s" on YouTube, no dice.
