Looking for a platonic gift for a female co-worker

She's the assistant at our office and I just want to get her a small (around $20) Christmas gift as a thank you. But anything I can think of sounds too personal or too formal. Any ideas? She's 22 or 23.

Food gift, or gift card to Starbucks or Borders, as stated above. Nobody will mistake those gifts for romantic gestures (unless you give her a big heart shaped box of chocolates, heh.)
