Looking For A Password Removal Tool?

Anyone know one of the best and simplest cd boot tool to remove passwords on Windows, especially one that works for Vista?

Looking for freeware if possible.

So far the only freeware one I know is, 'Offline NT Password & Registry Editor'.

Offline NT Password & Registry Editor any good for Vista?

Need to use something as a tech that is going to be dependable and not cause problems.

Thanks for the reply, don't need all the junk in that cd, just want a password removal tool is all. Anyhow since the post I'm using Active@ Password Changer and Spotmau PowerSuite 2009, so far they've done a good job...
