Is anyone else scratching their head and saying WTF?

Now I'm curious what this tastes like but I doubt I'd want to know the contents.

You live in Portland.
Cart your ass up to Seattle's Chinatown and just look in a pretty much any chinese food shop and get a few.
Remember, they taste best when fried. Cooking oil not needed. :)

Hmm.. from the description it sounds a lot like the Vietnamese snack to me. I think the Vietnamese word for it is "nam". Is that what you're talking about? It's made of pork and soft. A little bit crunchy because of the pig skin mixed into it.

no idea what its called in english. they are awesomely delicious. in mandarin they are called "shion tzong" (very roughly) translating directly (in sound) to "good smelling long". yummm
