looking for a Notepad-style program that colors XHTML code

Any ideas? I'm studying XHTML and right now I'm just using Notepad. I've seen a few basic programs that look like Notepad but make code text colored. I want to find one for XHTML...anyone know of a good one?

UltraEdit may have a wordfile addition which supports XHTML. They have alot of wordfiles available on their website.
