Looking for a new SSD for a system drive...should I just go with this one?

I'm looking to spend 100 or less...This OCZ Vertex 2 is on sale at NewEgg til midnight for 94 bucks with a coupon code at checkout. I'm looking for a 64GB (or 32GB if it was dirt cheap, like 50 bucks); is there any reason to not go with the OCZ at that price?

The 64GB samsung 470 is $20 cheaper at tigerdirect/amazon. It's the same price as the vertex at newegg.
Either would be a good choice imo

what controller does the samsung use though? I think the OCZ vertex 2 is much better, uses a sanforce.

How is $130 at amazon or $110 at tigerdirect for the Samsung "$20 cheaper" than $94 at newegg for the Vertex 2?

@ Shmee, the Samsung uses a Samsung controller, which is apparently pretty decent. From the reviews I've seen it seems to be on par with the Sandforce.

really? Is it a new one? B/c I heard the samsung drives were not so good...

ahhh I failed to see the mail in rebate
newegg says $109.99 for the vertex 2 after mail-in rebate card
not a fan of mail in rebates personally
