Looking for a new Receiver ($200 max)

So we had some sort of power event at the house this weekend while the wife and I were out doing yard work. She happened to notice a severe brown-out while she ran inside real quick and when we were done our A/V receiver would not come back on... Needless to say I'm a bit pissed. However, as I recently upgraded the front speakers, it was about time to get a new receiver anyway, just wasn't prepared for it quite yet. We have an HD DLP TV, PS2, Wii, DVD player, HTPC, and DirecTV that all need to be hooked up. The PS2, Wii, DVD, and DTV all use component (DTV because the HDMI port quick working) HTPC uses HDMI for video and TOSlink for audio. Currently all the video runs through the TV because my old receiver was bought long before I had any HD equipment and as such had no HD video inputs. Basically, the way everything runs now, everything but the HTPC audio goes into the TV where it passes through a digital coax to the receiver. The HTPC audio goes straight into the receiver.

I need a receiver that can do as much of this as possible without breaking the bank. I have set myself a limit of $200 to get this done. As far as speakers go I have Polk Monitor 60's in the front, a Polk CS10 center, a 10" Yamaha Sub, and Yamaha bookshelf surrounds. I saw this mentioned in another thread and was intrigued but wasn't sure about the company selling it, I buy stuff online all the time but usually stick to amazon/newegg/zzf Are they reputable or is there a better receiver for my situation? thanks for your help!!!

You could check out reseller ratings for Accessories4Less, but I've seen that website linked often and haven't seen any complaints about them on these forums.

Onkyo refurb store is another place to look if you are set on Onkyo.

Is your dead one a pioneer by chance? Pioneers will go into protection mode in the event of a fault or brownout until they are manually reset or are left unplugged long enough for the memory to clear.

A lot of people have had good success with Accessories4Less, but I have no personal experience with them. If you do buy from them, then purchase it from their ebay listing, because you can get 8% Bing cashback. You start by following this link and clicking on Bing cashback at the top of the results. The SR307 seems like a OK receiver for $175 after shipping and cashback.

Thanks for the suggestions but apparently PM650 was almost right, it's a Yamaha and it just needed to be un-plugged and plugged back in. Thanks again!!!

My experience is that relatively current-model yamaha's will always power on & quickly power off in the event of a fault - I suppose this unit behaves differently due to it being an older design.
