I have a decently powerful desktop Windows computer that goes unused most of the time because I tend to use my old and not too powerful laptop from my bedroom. I was thinking what would be the cheapest laptop/chromebook that I could buy that would let me run applications on my desktop computer but would stream the contents to the laptop. I don't wish to run any programs on the laptop by itself but just want it to be portable and light enough. Extra points if the laptop is a 2 in 1.

While not a 2 in 1, the HP stream 11 may suit you. It's cheap with a long lasting battery.

I do so hate this business of not having a computer storage drive, but a phone nand chip. 32 GB is a sin on a windows platform.
