Looking for a "mathematic font" for MS Word 2007...

I'm working on typing up a study sheet for my Discrete Mathematics class final and was wondering if there was a "mathematic font" for MS Word... I can't seem to find some of the characters I need using the Character Map in Win Vista. 🙁

what characters are you looking for? Have you tried to use the equation editor? Or perhaps downloaded the Microsoft Math plugin for Word 2007?

if you have word 2007, go insert->equation->new equation

its actually quite a nice editor, used it for my physics tests

Equation editor? I wasn't aware that feature was there! 😱 That's very close to what I need from what I've seen so far! Thanks armstrda! :beer:

MathType is just a demo at that site. I think it's around $30 to buy. The Microsoft Math plugin is free here and adds some more functionality to the equation editor in Word 2007 already:

Or there is the full blown Microsoft Math program here for $20. It is basically a whole calculator on the computer and is pretty nice. http://www.microsoft.com/learningspace/
