Looking for a hex comparison tool

I'm analyzing a particular file format, and it would be handy to have a tool to do a side-by-side comparison (in hex) and highlight the differences. This way, I can have a certain file.. make a copy, make changes (via an editor, or game, whatever), and then compare in hex and easily see what changed.

Anything like this? Thanks!
 
UltraEdit, also not free..but the comparison tool on that one was bad. HexCmp rocks.. I guess I'll just have to pay for it 🙂
