Looking for a good X58 BIOS / OC Guide

Can anyone point me to a good guide that explains the new terminoligy in the X58 BIOS?

I've been running my i7/P6T at 4GHz however am eager to tweak further however I need to get a better handle at the advanced options.

Any good recommended guides? The ones I'm finding are just not written very well.

Thanks for that. Some of the ones I found really helped explain the relationships that the settings in the BIOS have.

I breaking 200 bclk barrier but no luck.... I even successfully booted to Vista at 220 but 3Dmark crapped out on the CPU test and bluescreened.... no matter what setting over 200, even lowering the multi to 19.

What are these folks doing that are getting 220+???

I heard you can get better performance using the turbo feature (21 multi instead of 20) and a lower bclk and will try that on for size tonight....
