Looking for a good scanner that scans film negatives.

i'm no professional, actually i newbie in that field..

just a recommendation (less than $250 ish) would be really appreciated.

You can get a pretty darn good scanner for $100. Mine doesn't do negatives, but looks FINE. Cost like $30. Some crappy Primascan thing.
