I'm looking to spend in the neighborhood of $200 - $250 for a good board cpu combo. Prefer a non-intergrated board although onboard LAN is fine. Must support PC3200 memory, AGP slot, and 4-5 PCI.....

NF7 & amd Barton 2600+ mobile (stepping IQYHA if you're gonna OC). Should be about $200
 
Spend a little more and get a retail A64 3000 and a Chaintech VNF-250 board.
