Generally I avoid fans marketed by middlemen like Antec as you will likely be paying more for the pleasure. Antec doesn't manufacture fans... OTOH, you might not be able to buy that particular fan in the states if Antec didn't put their label on it. OTTH, Antec seems to be putting so much price pressure on their OEMs that corners are being cut. For example, one can't rely as much on the consistent quality of Antec PSUs these days as one once could.

Both the CoolerMaster and Aerocool fans share that same middleman problem, but neither CoolerMaster nor Aerocool share the same name recognition or size of an Antec, so the ability to apply price-pressure in the same way is somewhat less. I've heard good things about the CoolerMaster LED fans. They put out decent CFM while being reasonably quiet.
Be aware that sleeve bearing fans have more of a tendency to buzz on a PWM controller than a good ball-bearing fan would. And both sleeve and bb fans with loose tolerances may have a tendency to tick if you drop the speed with a controller. I've not heard that the CM units have those problems. Apparently lots of ATers and others are using them.
I have little knowledge of 92mm fans as I've only used two of them myself and none are LED. As was mentioned above, the top shelf fan mfrs just don't make LED fans and I try to get top shelf fans whenever possible.
You could always create a small array of blue LEDs to place behind a quality fan and drive the array off a square wave generator to make interesting patterns of the blades or even apparently stopping them in mid-spin.
