Do yourself a favor and get some baby back ribs. Remove the membrane off the back of the ribs and use this. --->BEST RIB RUB Cut the brown sugar if you like, wood smoke at 250deg for 3-4 hours wrap tight in foil for the last hour and you will be in BBQ NIRVANA
 
Well, the weekend is over and we had some damn good ribs. I ended up buying Weber Grill Sensation: Classic BBQ and mixing it with brown sugar. We through in some Apple wood and grilled them indirectly for about 2hr at about 200*.

I got the ribs at Sam's for $25 for three racks. (13+lbs)

They were great, although a little two sweet for me. But thats an easy fix.

I waited until after lunch before I did this, but here are some pics.

Those sure are some yummy-looking ribs. Looks like you and your buddy did some fine work.

Oh, and darn you for at the same time for including :camera:s. I'm suddenly really hungry. 🙁

I at least waited until after everyone's (in America at least) had or was having lunch.
