Looking for a good, decently fast 16 or 32GB flash drive

I'm looking for a FAST 16GB or a mediocre 32GB flash drive. Rugged design, small size, and appealing looks are also a plus. Looking to spend $40-50ish on the 16GB, or $60-70ish on the 32GB.

Right now I'm considering Corsairs Flash Voyager GT or Flash Survivor, but I've read numerous reviews stating that their read / write speeds aren't that great.

Any suggestions?
