Well, Rayman 3 is good as is Rayman 2. It sucks that Ubi won't release Rayman 3 HD for the PC just like I don't think Capcom will release Devil May Cry HD collection for the PC.

Alice Madness Returns (as another poster mentioned) and Sonic Generations are also really fun.

I also suggest PCSX2 and Dolphin, because those open the door to a lot of good PS2 and GC/Wii platformers. Dolphin has a few more issues even with the best (i.e., OpenGL) plug-in than PCSX2 does in DX11 SW mode with edge AA on, but unless you want to play Rogue Squadron II or III then it's pretty damn good.
