Looking for a good 22" monitor

Im in the market for a 22" LCD monitor that is good for gaming.

Price range: $200-300

Manufacturer: Don't care as long its a good monitor

Gfx card: Either going to be a 260 or 4870

Really want HDMI, but not really need. Also I would like to atleast be able to do the higher resolutions w/out problems.



Any help would be great.

Last BF I was able to get an Acer 22" for less than $140! Of course, it's a TN Panel but it was sufficient for my needs. For $200-$300, you should be able to get a Samsung high end monitor.

Or this

LG L227WTG-PF 22"

Or you could go with a cheap 24"

Just got the L227WTG-PF for Christmas and it's been great for gaming. Good colors and no ghosting at all.

The LCD Thread in the Video Cards and Graphics section has a lot of good info.

Yea I would personally go with an LG display. I have one right now and it's great.

Thanks again for the input, but the LG is a bit pricey over at newegg. Gonna shop around and see if I can find a better price.



Would love to keep the price at like 250ish, but if I find a steal I'm gonna put the money forth.

Best Buy recently had the L227WTG on sale for $250, but it looks like that's over now. Might not hurt to keep an eye on it.
