Like many of us, I suffer from oversweating. Unfortunately, my hands start to sweat excessively during prolong hours of gaming. Anyone know of a glove/accessory that I can use to protect my mice from sweat erosion?

i would think wearing a glove would cause you to sweat more.

also, if you're eroding your mouse because you game too much...give your poor mouse a break!

Batting gloves are too thick. I'm currently using a Logitech G5 and I don't want it to end up like my Intellimouse Explorer.

Driving gloves might work. They tend to be fairly lightweight.

If you really do have a severe sweating problem while gaming, though, then you should consider anti-perspirant on your palms...

Drill holes in your mouse, find a way to mount a 40 mm fan. Make sure it's Evercool or Sunon with dual-ball bearings so that it lasts a long time.

If that's not enough, then I'm afraid you should get your lazy ass outside, enjoy the sun and quit your job as a pro gamer.

Get a small desk fan and blow it on your hand and mouse.

Keep a sweat towel for you and your mouse.

Taking a break to dry your hands every so often can't hurt either. I like RTS games and can sit for hours playing, but I do take breaks. For a number of reasons: Rest my eyes, stretch my legs, work my muslces, uncramp my hands, food, bathroom, etc...
