Looking for a free ISP that services St. George Utah....

My family is trying to get my grandmother set-up with e-mail. She lives in St. George, Utah. I figured we could just use Juno or Netzero, but I can't find dial-up numbers for those services in St. George. Anybody have any ideas??

Area code is 435.
