This one at Newegg is practically perfect. It's inexpensive, has a power supply, has the cutouts for SATA multilane bridges, and includes fans.

The only problem? It's too big! I am going to use two 4-in-3 backplane modules, so I really only need a case that has six 5.25" slots. Any suggestions? This is the only thing of it's type I can find on the 'egg.

I'm going to get two of these, which will allow me to put eight SATA hard drives into the case, with a 5.25 slot left over.

Add this, two of these, and two of these plus a buncha hard drives = buttload of storage space.

My I inquire as to why you need so much storage space? I have yet to fill 40gb on any hard drive including all forms of media.

Edit: then again i don't have but 50 songs on my computer and i don't rip dvds or the like

DVD storage + HTPC. I've got 1.5TB now and it's getting a little tight. ;)
