Looking for a DRAM based SSD solution

anandtech did an article a couple years back on a SSD device PCI board that was able to use off the shelf DDR memory to allow up to 4GB of SSD storage at DRAM speeds.

its been 3 years now since the release of the card and i'm wondering if anyone knows of any similar products like the Gigabyte i-RAM except using:

PCI-xpress
SATA 3gb
DDR2 compatibility
room for up to 16GB

thx in advance, ps. i looked at gigabytes website and didnt see anything.

None that I know of. SSD has been dramatically coming down in price, so I don't really see a market for volatile based storage.
