Looking for a display manager type program

I just hooked up a 2nd monitor, and there are certain programs (mostly games) I would like to play on it. Is there a program I can use to switch the game over to the other screen? Or a launch setting program to set certain programs to launch to the 2nd display?

Or is there some other way to do this? I dont want to have to set it as my primary display...
