Obviously that's a tight budget, but I'm sure there are good products out there you guys can still recommend. I read the past threads on USB tuners, but they were specfic for other ppl's needs (HDTV, etc)
in order of preference:
1- image quality
2- resolution (1280x800 or more)
3- remote control
4- how fast it changes channels
because i don't really need it to capture video, i think this helps keep the costs down. Of course if there's already a good one out there that also captures video, hey i'll take it.
For example, I saw KWorld PVR-USB2, for like $66 in newegg. Is this thing any good?? I can sacrifice a few things, if there's something else out there with AWESOME image quality, but only has 1024x768 resolution...things like that. THANKS!!!
