I have a Gateway case I'm using (don't ask, let's just say that my getting a Gateway system and not building like I usually do is because of insurance money during a lightning strike) and it's mATX. It's actually pretty nice, small with USB on the front.

Anyway, I'm looking for a DDR motherboard that is mATX form factor, and has onboard LAN and audio.

The only one I've been able to locate is the Intel. I'd rather not go that way because it eliminates the possibility of overclocking. Leaning toward D845 chipset but will consider others if they are stable.

Thanks for any suggestions. If I can't find anything good I guess I'll just have to get a new case/power supply.

Asus P4S333-VM. SiS 650 Chipset, it has 2 DIMM slots, mATX, On-Board Audio, Video and LAN, and I dunno about ocing, but it's based on Asus P4S333 which has plenty of ocing. Anyone used P4S333-VM and can tell us about it's ocing?

For something cheap, check out the ECS L4S5M (SiS 645) and L4S5MG (SiS 650). Both have what you are looking for. The L4S5MG has onboard integrated SiS315 video, which is decent (GF2MX performance) plus still has an AGP slot for upgradability. It doesn't have voltage tweaks, but does have a handfull of FSB speeds for you to play with. It does require the ATX 12V connector from your power supply. Newegg has it for around $83 (cost plus shipping).

I would go with this board too. I don't like the placement of the floopy connector of the L4S5MG.

www.mwave.com has the ASUS for $90.
the L4S5MG for ~$60 i think.

If you are looking for DDR P4 mobo that will OC you can always get the ABIT BD7M. It is just a microATX version of the BD7 with lan. Just my 2 Cents

The BD7m doesn't have onboard LAN.
