Looking for a CMS

that I can install on my server.

I want the functionality of the FML site. I don't want to buy fmyscript because I don't really care about it looking like FML.

What I want is the same basic functionality of:

anonymous users can come in and post on what is essentially a wall. They can choose the category to post it, and post a 250 character blurb. I have admin access and can set moderator settings for it.

Does anyone know of a CMS with a theme or something that makes it like this?

I don't have a specific recommendation, but the CMS Matrix site let's you compare the features in over 1200 content management systems.
