$20 cases are VERY EASY to find. Newegg has a ton. Of course shipping is always fairly expensive.
But I have seen some free shipping deals recently, browse the hot deals forum.

Mods must be on vacation. I checked Pricewatch and it looks like most midtowers start out at about $27 now. I can remember finding some for less than $20. Not that they would be worth buying.
