Looking for a cheap all in one

Just was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a cheap <$500 all in one desktop PC. Basically I just need it for a netbox (email, facebook. youtube, some flash games, etc.). I would like it to have either i3 or athlon II but am wondering if its really necessary for what I need. Also, I would like it to have a 23" display but that might be too tough to get for under 500 without sacrificing performance. I've never had an all in one but my wife and I would like it for the space saving. Any first hand experience would be greatly appreciated.
