Looking for a car

Alright, I am in the market for a car. Used or new doesnt matter cant be older than 2 years or 30k miles. I want a sports car, coupe and manual transmission. I have about 21k to spend, I was looking at RSXs, but they arent that quick. I hate celicas and mustangs. Any ideas?

For that money you can easily get a used RSX Type S and they are pretty quick. Loaded with features including leather. It's been rated as one of the better sports cars by many magazines.

My first thought was RSX. Still a good option.

Also - Mazda 6 or miata. You might be able to find a Volvo s60 (2001) for that price range.

RSX is a sporty car, not a sports car 😉

miatas are a blast to drive.

RSXs are nice but not much power. Miatas are chick cars and a S60 seems like a family car. I like the mazda 6s but the manuals are rare.

I forgot one: Subaru Impreza WRX. Fun car to drive!

If you can scrape up 5-8k more, you've got a 350z.

Yea I was looking at an WRX and its a nice car. I would get a g35 over the Z, but its just preference.

same here, unless they made a 2+2 Z.

actually I'm in the same situation you're in. I would go for the Z but it's a 2 seater and I would prefer the G35. But there's no way I can afford that so my new car will probably be in the low 20k range. I was waiting for the new GTI/Golfs 2.0t, but the new shots of the production models don't look to appealing.

Yeah, I really mentioned the 350z because it seems to have a lower resale than the G35.

a wrx or a evolution. evolution actually has more hp and features, only cause it just came out. it might cost a little more then a wrx, but its just as good if not better.... hell, their both awesome cars, id pick anyone if i had the money!... well, if i actually had the money id get a rx-7 twin turbo and fix it up.

where are you getting an evo for 21K? even a WRX is out of his price range, before TT&L! and "a little more" is more like $6,000! you can buy a new chevy cavalier for that!
