As others have mentioned, Kelty is pretty decent. REI has a 6 person (sleep 4 comfortably) for $159.99.
Eureka and ALPS Mountaineering are also good. I have a 2 person Eureka which is perfect for 2 people and an ALPS Mtn'ering 4 person that is perfect for 3 people.
Thinking about that Kelty 6 for when my wife, daughter and I go, if we ever decide to take my nephew. Would be a little cramped in the ALPS.

Bass Pro Shop has a great sale this week going on - A 17x10 Coleman is $99.99.

Coleman's will last a long time, they just don't do so well in the rain. Be careful with the zippers and sweep it out/clean it before going back in the bag.

Check Costco as well -

For the adults, I would encourage them to buy a queen air mattress for comfort. No one wants to be sore/cranky while on vacation. Kids can make do with a sleeping pad if they are young enough.

My Eureka and ALPS have stayed bone dry in 12+ hour constant rains for what it is worth. Something to be said for full rainflys.
