Looking for a 939 board that has AGP slot can anyone link me to a site where I can get a higher end (older) 939 board that accepts my agp graphics card.
If you can find it, Gigabyte makes a great 939 AGP motherboard that uses the ULi chipset. It's supports dual core. I use it in my daughter's system with a Athlon 3800 X2 and an AGP X850XT. It has been running flawless.
Asrock 939 Dual SATA2 or Asrock 939 Dual VSTA. I had the dual SATA2 and was very satisfied. It has a full speed AGP slot and also a PCI-e slot. Really good motherboard for a reasonable price.

I like my used asrock dual sata II. Got it as a customer return from newegg. Check their open box items tomorrow night for new listings. Asrock sent me a backplate (i/o shield) for only $5 shipped.
Buy my used, but LNIB MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Edition motherboard. Complete with all accessories, cables, User's Manual, ect in original box - $90.00 SHIPPED Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The K8N Neo2 PE is no longer produced, so you will not find any new ones out there. Mine is as good as it gets.
I'm a little surprised that you haven't heard of this board, as it is/was one of the best (if not "the best") S939 AGP boards out there in terms of features and BIOS options for overclocking. Heres' a great thread over at Xtreme Systems on OC'ing the K8N Neo2 PE: The Official MSI K8N Neo2-939 tips and tricks guide thread. I'm not really an overclocker, but I did get the HT Bus on this board stable at 330Mhz. YMMV.
