looking for a 5.25" Card Reader...

I'm looking for an internal 5.25" USB Card Reader. I need one that has the 5 card slots and 1 USB slot. I can't seem to find one like that... has anyone possibly came across something like this?

Also, I looked over their entire site... I still don't see what I am looking for?
