I posted this a month or two ago and apparently things were still up in the air. I was looking at:

MSI K7T266
ASUS A7M266
IWILL KK266

I know MSI were having all sorts of problems with resistors, etc at the time. What is the deal now? I am not looking to OC, just for stability and ease of installation. Which of the three is the best for what i need? Is there something better now? I heard ASUS had just come out with a new one. Thanks.

You should also consider 2 newer boards, the Giga 7DXR and the upcoming Abit KG7, they have more DIMM sockets. Basically I would go for one of the AMD 760 boards: A7M266, 8K7A, 7DXR or
(maybe later) the KG7. See the review. The difference s not in the performace, it's more in the additional features and the price.

I was opting to get the A7M266, however because of the rareness, I went for the K7 Master, of which I am very happy with. I don't need more than 512mb ddr anyway...
