Looking for $100 motherboard thats decent.

I plan on getting the 3000+ and overclocking it as far as I can get it. It will help that I have an air conditioner blowing directly into my PC and at the moment my 2 GHz P4 which is overclocked to the 2.7 is running at 26C Idle.

Also, I only have PC3200 RAM. I am not familar with how newer BIOS versions work, is there a lock for my RAM speed so that it wont limit me.

Has to be a good overclocking board.
 
Looking for a Nforce 3 board with AGP around the $80-$120 level that will overclock like a mutha ( Very Important cause I plan on overclocking the the Venice 3000+)
 
This guy said "Overclocking? If not, Soltek nforce3's offering is supposed to be the fastest at stock speeds. Gets decent clocks too. "
