This will be a Lattitude D630, Specs are

Intel® Core? 2 Duo T7250 (2.00GHz) 2M L2 Cache, 800MHz Dual Core
2.0GB, DDR2-667 SDRAM, 2 DIMMS (might just get 1 gig from Dell and get some cheaper memory from Newegg)
80GB Hard Drive, 9.5MM, 5400RPM
24X CD-RW/DVD
Intel® Integrated Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 or
NVIDIA 128mb Quardo NVS 135M
6 Cell Primary Battery
Vista.

My questions are,
Would the nvidia card be that much of an improvement? Will vista home premium recognize 3-4 gig of ram? Should I get 32 bit or 64?

This will be used mainly for school work and music/video playback. I'll also be playing a little CS:S and civilization. Do you think the Quardo will be much of an improvement in fps in CS? I'm not looking for 200 fps but maybe something along the lines of 100-130.
