My only advice is that you can get a good education anywhere if you really push yourself - in the end, it doesn't matter if you went to Penn or Penn State. That being said, talk to recent alums and visit places to make sure there's a good chance the school will fit you well.

Stanford would be cool, but paying $40,000 a year would hurt finantially. But they have a killer program, right? or are alot of snotty rich kids there who own the world there?

Pre-med?
Save money and go to an instate state university. I would chose a school that has a higher percentage of the sex you are attracted too. Believe me it makes a big difference.

University of Wisconsin-Madison is a great school for medical, and MN residents qualify for resident tuition in Wisconsin.

Don't go to any University of Wisconsin school. Bandwidth is capped at 1gb (both ways)/day. The ONLY ports not blocked completely are 80 and 22. That is all. You can't do jack sh*t.

of the choices you listed, i would definitely take Berkeley as the most robust school in terms of offering the greatest selection of top-notch programs.
