how much did that 2fiddy run you? I'm looking for one.. or another 500. trying to get all my friends into riding.
 
To answer all of yous guys' questions (yes, I know i said yous)

1) The bike is 2000 model
2) Got it for $1700
3) I already have all the gear, just need to pick up a helmet. Will get one on Monday. I can't ride the bike yet anyways, since I need to register it first.

The only thing that kinda bothers me in the bike is clutch not being as smooth as I'd like. A friend of mine rode the bike and said it's ok, however, he's been riding for over 10 years. For me, a slightly worn-out clutch causes problems starting. I hope I get used to that soon, otherwise I'll need new clutch.
 
take the MSF class.. a worn clutch wont affect your first gear take off.

You got to be smooth.. ideally first find the friction zone (where it starts pulling) without the throttle.. once you learn where it is, its not that hard.

I took MSF a little over a month ago. That's the reason I'm thinking the clutch is bad - I had no problems starting the MSF bikes, but I had some troubles with this one. Of course it doesn't help that my driveway is on an incline.

56k makes baby jesus cry 😛 They loaded in about .0293 seconds each for me, and my connection isn't very fast.

Anyway, looks sweet, I want to get one & learn to ride someday myself.
 
nice 250.... are those wheels stock? i've never noticed the powerdercoated blue wheels before ... they look great with the blue graphics on the bottom. Check out ninja250.info

The wheels are stock. The only add-on is the jet kit.
