i can understand the bias, i've had many threads locked and apologize for that but seriously, a drawing thread?


OK, how about a white board with a penis on it? Now leaving that open for more fun fun stuff by our more childish members means we have to babysit this nonsense. Why don't you guys just quit trying to push the envelope here???

I for one do not like to babysit sit here. I have better things to do with my time.

Read the rules, we have moderator discretion here and I for one would have locked that quicker than Perk did.

yeah i dont get it either, there wasnt even a reason given. seriously...i know the rules are slacker than they used to be, but there *are* guidelines

2) Locking threads ? Threads that violate user or posting guidelines or degrade into flame wars or are full of nef posts will be locked. Locking will always be preferred to editing or deletion where possible. If a thread is meandering off topic and could still be saved, moderators may issues a warning in the thread that it is in danger of being locked. Otherwise, when locking a thread, the moderator will post a reason before the lock.

My first click on the whiteboard brought up a penis. Not good. So I locked it for mod discussion. We decided it needed to stay locked, and I decided not to sanction JohnCU as the penis wasn't his fault (although easily predicted by an even margianlly smarter poster.)

He whined to me on my personal account (I told him to wait for final dispostion), he whined by pm to the mod account AND ALSO made this redundant, unneeded (one or the other, you know?) whiny attention whore thread here, AND NOW I see he also started a thread in OT about it.

For THAT, the illegal thread in OT after all the other crap he tried to stir, I am now going to give JohnCU some needed time off.
