well within the 1st block of my run i got this excrutiating pain in my back that went away for the rest of my run. when i got home my back hurt like hell again and still does(over 3+hours since my run). needless to say i decided to look in a mirror and it seems that my spine does not go 100%straight up. there seems to be a slight curve lasting maybe 5 inches right below the neck before it lines up again with my lower part of the spine. is this normal to have a slight curve in your spine or should it always be 100%straight?
