well those might be more skilled workers, but MOST of the workers aren't making jack crap, their are more or less indentured servents shipped in from other countires to build these projects and are more or less considered the lowest of low class people. Maybe $1/hr or something like that.

Also of note is the fact that alot of those other buildings down there are alot taller than you might think, the one on the right is as tall as the empire state buidling and getting totally pwned by the Burj Dubai.
