2005 McDonalds Monopoly Game BOARDWALK....

I'm sure it's a scan but don't know what he'd try to say to get away with it.

If it's not real then it's not a 2005 McDonalds Monopoly boardwalk piece since both those terms are copyrighted. I best McDonalds and Best BUy could sue the pants off this idiot.

Oh no, it's real... look at it. He's cut the piece from the game board that McDonalds is giving away. There's no background text like the real game pieces have. Real game pieces also don't have the color bar across the whole top (fully bleed), but a little rectangle of color surrounded by a black border. The seller never says it's a "game piece" just that its boardwalk, and it is. These idiot buyers are assuming it's the game piece. The scumbag needs to be terminated.

hit the nail on the head. "You are bidding on a $3 Best buy Buck and Boardwalk as seen in Picture." Boardwalk as seen in picture, not gamepiece.

Post a pic of it so we can compare it to the Boardwalk piece in the auction.

No, the rare ones are always the ones of the set that are more expensive.

why those ppl don't aware the boardwalk piece is hiding behind the $3 bb so no information on the game piece itself, while the main thing of the auction is the boardwalk piece.. they don't feel strange? still bidding over $10k. maybe i should try selling $100 BB buck with Yellow Vent game piece.

1. This is obviously a scam

2. The boardwalk piece is a fake or a self made piece that has nothing to do with the monopoly/mcd's game.

3. People who post "why are these idiots bidding" fail to realize that the bidders are aware of this scam and are in fact, scamming the scammer by bidding false bids. Probably the seller will have to pay a large final value fee.

4. The boardwalk piece CANNOT be from a previous years game since EVERY YEAR, the boardwalk piece is the $1,000,000 piece.

eBay has killed the item... it was over $20K before they did. AND he was answering questions and say straight out that it was not the game piece it was cut from the board

Not always. I haven't gotten any of the Monopoly McD's pieces in the past few runnings but I remember as a kid getting a Boardwalk on my drink and nearly passing out I was so excited. Then my sister got one too and so did my friend. Park Place was the rare one that year.

Some guy was selling two unused game pieces for a dollar, i guess thats cheaper than buy a meal for 7 bucks and getting only 4 game pieces.
