Ugh don't get me started (though my friend has made a MOUNTAIN of money selling fixies on ebay to this crowd).

That being said, a lot of them aren't actually "fixed-gear". A lot are riding single-speed free-wheel now. At least they are learning. Slowly.

Also, they do everything ironically.

They drink PBR, wear trucker hats and other clothing normally associated with rednecks, pretty much do the opposite of what you would expect from an uber-chic urban metrosexual, all in the name of irony. They even shop at Walmart ironically, it seems.
