Our ENTIRE BUDGET ALLOTMENT for this year was $1100. Of course, we have a VERY good rep with the budget gods, so they let us break all kinds of rules, sink into the red, and all kinds of crazy crap. This is because, in the end, we ALWAYS pay back every penny they let us take - and when they're in trouble, we let them borrow from our account.

Our primary reason for the Bawls isn't funding - it's advertising. Getting the word out about what we're doing and getting support is a total pain. So we do all kinds of random crap to get people's attention. Hell, apparently we made the newspaper doing Karaoke yesterday.
